Im guessing you mean to login to your server?

(~ to pull down console) type "login (pw here)"

You can't 'sign into your server as console', but you can start a dedicated server.

Assuming that's what you mean, there are lots of topics on this forum on just about the exact same thing. Searching will turn up quite a few of those.

pw = password

Quite frankly, it sound like you have a lot to learn about this whole process before you should think about setting up a server.

i know what pw means i mean what do you put next to it like my friend he has a server and you cant see his name but he is in there and when he types it says consol

He's controlling his dedicated server directly from it's 'black box'. See the links above for how to set up a dedicated server.

To talk as the console bring the black box up. Then type say <message here>.
