Title: Not sending heartbeat

I started my server up again the first time since build 19 and my server wont send a heartbeat. Only thing i changed was the setmaster, but still doesnt work. Any ideas?

This is going to be really obvious and you will probably want to kick yourself but try typing heartbeat in the server console. If that doesn't work then try typing setmaster dplogin.com in the server console.
