Yes but it is rather easy to make one yourself.
Or you could rent a server from jitspoe, if he still has some left.

So how would one go about renting?

well for one you need a job so you can make some money for two i don't think jitspoe takes cash so your allowance money cant be used and three you need a credit card see if you can steal one from your mom. ;D

if you have a bank account you can open a paypal account but gotta be 18 or over but you can lie to paypal if you have a bank acount you can open a paypal account ;D
