Is there a way to scan my own server for people using hacks? (especially ZGH)

Nope. Just take demos of suspicious behavior and post them on the forum.

I was thinking along the lines of Punkbuster or something...
Zorch is correct on the proxy. I don't think you can even ban him from our league (if I can call it that).

We don't play PUBLIC, because we can't get to it. Therefore it is useful for me to ask about catching cheaters on my server.

lol. Only issue there is figuring out who they are. It would also be nice not to have to run all over the dorm just to find out they weren't cheating. What program do you use to monitor public servers jits? (or is that a hush thing?)

How many people could possibly be playing a closed LAN that you cant just walk up and see cheating?

Its in the dorms... with hundreds of rooms behind closed doors. Think about it: 5 dorms, 3 floors each, ~30 rooms each floor.

1.I have a list of about 30 guys that have played from just my dorm.
2.The dorm has a hundred rooms.
3.There are players in other dorms of about the same size.
4.I have to be the server in order to see other IP's, if I don't recognize their screen name.
5.I hate even having to answer the phone while I'm in the middle of a game.
those are my main reasons in no order.
I know maybe 20 personally, but the game is freeware and typically spreads quickly on boring weekends.

I know 4 cheaters in the dorms. I can give you their IPs if you want...

Is 'Monkey' one? Oh, and chances are, I have their IPs too, along with a few SNs, room number, etc.

Well, what cheaters do in PB? What kind of cheat do they do?
Maybe I can help you to figure out who the cheaters are...
