Title: Am I able to delete/modify sounds when player dies?

I just wanna delete this, cuz when some players dies, its so loud, and i cant hear other players walking/jumping.

Yes, you can delete them. They are in the folder ..../pball/sound/death. You also need to uncheck the sounds-checkbox ingame at PLAY -> Multiplayer Setup.

Yeah I was actually thinking the same thing. Some of my sounds are REALLY annoying as I have b16 sounds which I considered cool.

You possibly can delete what you dont want and put your sounds back in that folder with the original names of the ones you deleted so when you play you hear yours instead of the ones you did not like.

I don't really see any advantage to be gained by changing the player death sounds, so that should be fine.  Are there specific sounds that you find too loud, or all of the death sounds in general?

i didnt mean too loud, i just cant hear a players while it screams. Anyways, I dont really need them.

My opinion is that the normal sounds sucks!
We need some better sounds for the guns <- they are horrible ;)
And most of sounds are so freaky like when a player dies.I have a Soundpack from T3RRORI5T, it's not the best, but its much better as the general sounds.
Is there any Feature Vote for better Sounds?

I mean the sound for the start, the end and when someone dies are needless. ;) The other sounds are okay.

Ah, yes. I know what you mean. Thats really outdated. The game has some more sounds now.
