Title: my global ban

Hi, I was global banned for wallhacking. My ban expired few days ago, but when I start the game, after about 1 minute it kickes me and says I am global banned for speed cheat. So I still can´t play. Pls fix it. Thx

Looks like you bans didn't expire yet.

I see. But when I open the ban list, it says:

IP: 77.48.104.251
Reverse DNS: p1.gw.tlapnet.cz

It appears you are not banned from your current IP address.

probably your IP changed, but the hardware ban (ban for your computer) has not expired yet :)

New internet provider?
-> New IP
--> Still hardware banned

I didn´t change ISP. Maybe it´s something to do with the dynamic IP.
