Title: [PROBLEM]Midnight loop

Hi
I have problem with server because if i change map to anything else there is always midnight
i have set sv_login 0 | set public 0 | and i have tried maps fromm maplist and still no result any help please?
PS: It has been working before but when with sv_login 0 and set public 0 but then admin of server hosting updated the server and it updated with sv_login 1  so i changed and now i can't change map.
In addition i have question about restarting server i need to restart the server but i have only FTP connection not to console so i would like to know if there is any command to restart the server?

If you have the rcon password, type into the console (in-game on your server, or at least connect to it's ip) type rcon <rconpassword> map midnight

Replace midnight with any map to restart the server, of course.
