Title: Bug: Chat

You can write "hacked" but, no1 see it.

Example:

"You hacked xyz" - In your own chat you see it, but other cant see that.


Swear filter is disabled

Do u mean the swear_filter server setting or the client filter?
It sounds like the client filter. If the other people write "cl_swearfilter 2" in the console, can they see some ****** instead of the word "hacked" now?
