Title: QeHs 3v3 Cup - Final Details

Hello.

Here are final details about the cup!

Date: Still saturday 17.10.
Time: 18GMT (19CET) 19!!! unlike 17 like on first page (typo)
Maps: Mirror2, Hellsurvivors, pbcup_sassault, crimethink, darkages
Format: Double elimination
Servers: 2 UK servers (Kyuuchi's), 2 German servers (OTB). On which server you will play is decided by random!
Server settings: What OTB uses today! With guntemp. Team captains will get a login to change the map.
Teams: Currently we have 7 teams signed up. Room for 1 more!

[kuc] - ????
then one fun clan formed mostly by former iSi members lead by Scars
lawl - best german clan in this tournament for sure! let's see how far that takes them
[OVP] - let's just hope they will learn some english in the mean while.

Sign up, sign up!! I was hoping for a cup with dark, oxz, kuc, q but Darkness already said that they can not play... Maybe at least oXz will join!

For the future:
Host the tourney on sunday or at least saturday afternoon. There is a reason why DaRk didn't participate in the last tourneys. There exist better activities than playing a pc game on saturday evening.

Is there anyway you guys can change the start time of this tournament to 17GMT...12pm est because I have to leave at around 2 pm.. so not being able to play would take out a whole clan .vF|. If there is any way... that would be awesome thanks.

Schedule for the tournament! This is based on my previous experience.
18:00 - Start of the tournament! First round. Team placed lower on the table will eliminate first. Since some maps are not symmetrical team colors are somewhat important. Team placed lower in the table can choose the color.
18:35 - Second round, Loser bracket first round
19:10 - Final game of Winner bracket, loser bracket second round
19:40 - Loser bracket third round
20:10 - Loser bracket fourth round (final game in loser bracket)
21:40 - Grande finale!

This was also sent to all team captains (accepting that is part of confirming your participation): Hello, I, as the organizer of q 3v3 cup, would like to clarify something. As you might know then Mirror2 has a way to pass flag from 1 base to another in a matter of seconds. We consider that as a bug exploit in this tournament. That is not allowed. Do you, as a team captain understand that using that bug equals a forfeit of that map?
