Title: Help creating a server

hey all if some of you know me im Kutch from [cof]. Anyhow, i am trying to make a server yet my buds can't see it so they are not able to connect.

Can anyone explain how to make a server so that they will be able to connect to it?

make sure you follow that guide on the website, its so easy.
