Title: Help! Command for gren burstsss

What's the command to set how many bursts a paintgren will have when you toss it? I'm starting my server back up and when I last had it running I set it to like 4000 or something like that so the grenades will continue to burst after you toss it.  :P

Is there a command for smoke grens too? How much or how long they smoke?
