I was wondering... how do i save my map in bsp to .bsp cuz it only gives me the option for .map

i was also wondering how do i open a map someone else made so i can edit it....

I cant look at the manual cuz it says i dont have it smart ass, a simple answer wuld be nice, everyone wonders why im so mean or cuss so much its cuz people like you, u culd easily help me but no u wanna b!tch
