Title: Server problem.

1. My IP address is 92.17.247.140 and the port is 27910.

Even more amzing is the fact that the paint grenades never run out. They keep splurting paint :|
* Your server's port may not be forwarded; make sure you forward your ports for UDP port 27910 (and make sure it's set to the right computer address)
* Your server's port may be firewalled; make sure you allow port 27910 through your firewall

4. Port has been forwarded to router. I'm not sure if it blocked or not. I use ZoneAlarm (ZA) Security Suite. I disabled the ZA firewall completely and ran the test above^^ yet nothing different has happened.

Yes I'm sure. I used the Quake 2 settings from Forward Port or something.

Errr. Yes I did. I chose 3a, which is the name of my computer. As a double check I also did it with the IP and it automtically converted it to 3a.

Not at all. You need a server you can get a shell to, at the least.

you havent set up port forwarding correctly OR your windows firewall is blocking it.

Or ZA is, even if you disabled it. Enable it and explicitly allow incoming and outgoing data on UDP port 27910 for the application and/or network.

I'll answer all 3 questions here:

Microsoft XP

Windows Firewall is off and the Ports have been forwarded as its confirmed.

This is what I think the problem is. Getting round it is proving tricky though because ZA is like hell to use.

BINGO!!!

THat's ZA's firewall.

Diable it and see what happens first, then figure out how to set it up.

But, ZA will KILL your server performance as it performs its packet inpections.

It most likely has something to do with forwarding the ports. I've had that problem before, it took me a few hours to figure out how to fix it. Try messing around with the last few numbers in the ip address you enter when forwarding the ports. Just change the last number or something, see if that'll work.

Like I said before. Rerun the server troubleshooter and post the results.

Randomly changing port numbers will do nothing but get you lost.
