Give us more information - there is no way we can help you (KnacK can't read minds yet) if you don't tell what exactly happens.

The black box that pops up when you use one the compilers. Take a screen shot of that box by pushing the print screen key. This key is near to the scroll lock key. Now that you have a screen shot, open up mspaint, go to the edit menu and then click paste. Save the screen shot to your computer as a .jpeg file. Upload the screen shot in your next reply by clicking the additional options button below the place where you type. Click browse and fine your screen shot that you created. Click the post button to finish the process.

You should obtain the Arghrad 3.00 Test before lighting.
Unfortunately it can't be redistributed, so grab it here:
http://forums.gamedesign.net/viewtopic.php?t=49129
Then place arghrad.exe in c:\bsp\quake2\util
and delete the echo's from c:\bsp\quake2\pball\compilers\rad.bat

-
i no its weird
-
Search "TESTING IN GAME ERRORS" in my guide. I believe that is your problem.
-
andcan you stop assuming hat jitspoe is the only one that a) is in this game and b) knows about mapping.
-
this happens to me a lot its the name of the map i know i know you chnaged it to testmap but now do it again
go to save as testmap and it will says that you allready have this file do you wish to replace it click yes and then it shouid work. :)

Do these people relate somehow? I think they should belong in a group called "I NEVER LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS". There is a fair few of them. Now, read back through the ENTIRE THREAD, not just 2 posts and look at the advice you have been given.
