hello dp members
okay i check the status of my package online and it says returned to shipper but when i call the automated person thing says its in route to my zip code.
which should i believe?

Thats why you call customer support and get a real person on the line. Even though they convieniently don't speak the language you speak well enough to understand. :P

Neither. Talk to someone that is real, don't rely on computers if they show / tell you 2 different things.

okay i called today and they said they did sent it back but it was an accedent so now its coming back to me it is now delayed
