The so called reason of banning him is there, but Riddick didn't call names, curse or offend directly. He only let off an ironic sentence and that's it. That's what people normally say. That's not worth a ban at all.
What makes it even worse is when I stated my opinion that this action isn't eligible, my post got deleted and I didn't even get an answer (pm). Then I wrote a thread today about it and he deleted it too, telling me: "He was banned due to issues outside of the forum and that's all you need to know." So I went ahead and asked Riddick if this is true. He told me that he first got a 8-day ban for his post IN THIS FORUM and then had got a permban for trashtalking. Riddick didn't deserve a ban neither for his post in the forum nor for trashtalking outside of the forums. For the second point a ban in irc is better-placed.
KnacK reacted unfair. He is too strict as mod. Well, maybe "too mean" fits better because strict would mean the penalty is still eligible. He also used his rights for a personal issue. I hope it doesn't continue like this.
PS: I'm talking about KnacK as mod, not private person.
