Hi there.
I was trying to register a GLA, but it says the following:
"Registration failed.  You are only allowed to register one account.  If you have already registered an account and wish to add another name, log in and click the "Add Name" link.  If you have not registered an account yet, go back and enter "1" in the box for how many accounts you're allowed to register.  If you are having problems with your account, visit the Help and Support forum."
But i didn't register any account before. Can you help me with this?

you have to type "1" in the box that asks you how many accounts you're allowed to make.  it's on the same page as the checkboxes.

Yootz, maybe the type in how many accounts is allowed should go to you GL help sticky post, otherwise we will have this kind of questions every day.
