In the Android Developer Challenge I, the 50 most promising entries received by March 3 will each receive a $25,000 award to fund further development. Those selected will then be eligible for even greater recognition via ten $275,000 awards and ten $100,000 awards.
I haven't followed too much of the whole Android coverage since I hate seeing multiple articles a day from both ars and gizmodo which contain very little useful information.
Reading over it a little now, Android provides standard C libraries and OpenGL ES 1.0 support for 3D, maybe some of us can port DP over ;). Or at least a neat little server spectator or demo viewer for it.

that would be pretty sweet

Nevermind:
Android does not currently support development of third party applications in native code (C/C++).
That would've been be too easy, right? Back to the drawing board...

Will this even run on a CDM9100?
